This privacy policy sets out how Incubeats uses and protects any information that you give us when you use the Incubeats app.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the Incubeats app, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

What we collect
When using Incubeats app we may collect the following information:
Your full name and email address
The baby's full name and your relation ship to them (if applicable)
The password you create and the multi-factor authentication passcode you create (if applicable)
Audio tracks
bank details for in app purchase- (if applicable)
Visitation statistics such as IP Address and device type. This information is used for audit and/or system maintenance purposes only

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to provide you with Incubeats service, and in particular for the following reason:
To authenticate and identify your account on Incubeats app
Enable the payment of any in app purchase
Information Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Incubeats acts as the Data Controller, which means the natural or legal person or organization which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
The hospital and unit which may use your data (when applicable) is data processor which means a natural or legal person or organization which processes personal data on behalf of a data controller.
We will only process your data when you have registered for an account under the lawful basis of providing consent.
If you no longer wish to use the Incubeats service, you may request removal of your account when logged into the Incubeats app.
Click on "Delete my account" from your area. The system administrator will aim to permanently delete your account along with all your associated data within 7 days.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. No fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at general@incubeats.com
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
